About Alex
Alex appeared in the first two seasons of PTP/NYC while still a student at Middlebury, and has returned many times since as an Equity actor. Some highlights of his work with the company include Serious Money, Territories, Plevna: Meditations on Hatred, Lovesong of the Electric Bear, No End of Blame, Scenes from an Execution, Ghosts, and One for the Road.
Other credits include the New York premieres of A Map of Virtue, Terrorism, Get What You Need, Rose’s Dilemma, Endpapers, Saint Crispin’s Day, The Pitchfork Disney, and Oedipus. He’s also participated in revivals of Waiting for Lefty and Golden Boy and Scapin and The Triumph of Love, as well as regional productions at Yale Rep, Williamstown, Arena Stage, the Westport Playhouse, The McCarter, The Huntington, George Street, and The Berkshire Theatre Festival.
Film and television work includes: HairBrained, Yellowbrickroad, Joshua, Hysterical Blindness, Simply Irresistible, The Photographer, Kalapani, Hard Shell, The Good Wife, John Adams, Sex and the City, Law and Order, Law and Order SVU, Law and Order: CI, and Ed.
He trained at the Yale School of Drama, and teaches at Middlebury College.
